郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 8月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、熊本県の「通潤橋」 (900万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 8 1, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in August 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is "Tsūjun Bridge" (9 million) in Kumamoto Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
