郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 9月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、石川県の「46回国民体育大会」 (450万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 9 2, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in September 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is Ishikawa Prefecture's "46th National athletic meet" (4.5 million copies). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
