郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 9月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、三重県の「忍者と伊賀上野城」 (670万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 9 10, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in September 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is "Ninja and Iga Ueno Castle" (6.7 million pieces) in Mie Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
