郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、福井県の「眼鏡をかけた女性」 (420万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行 された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 10 1, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is "Woman with glasses" (4.2 million pieces) from Fukui prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
