郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、兵庫県の「風見鶏」 (1400万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 10 25, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is "Weathercock" (14 million pieces) from Hyogo prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
