ふるさと切手 1991 (平成3年) 10月 25日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、奈良県の「吉野の春」「吉野の秋」連刷 (各700万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 10 25, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is a series of "Yoshino Spring" and "Yoshino Autumn" (7 million sheets each) in Nara Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
