郵政省と地方郵政局は、1992年 (平成4) 5月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、新潟県の「五合庵と日本海」 (570万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 5 1, 1992 (Heisei 4)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in May 1992. The design is "Gogoan and the Sea of Japan" (5.7 million) in Niigata Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
