郵政省と地方郵政局は、1992年 (平成4) 8月と9月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、福岡県「黒田節」 (420万枚) と沖縄県「那覇ハーリー」 (350万枚) と、大阪府「大阪城とビジネスパーク」 (1600万枚) である。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 8 3, ～ 9 18, 1992 (Heisei 4)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in August and September 1992. The designs are Fukuoka Prefecture "Kuroda Bushi" (4.2 million), Okinawa Prefecture "Naha Harley" (3.5 million ), and Osaka Prefecture "Osaka Castle and Business Park" (16 million).
