郵政省と地方郵政局は、1993年 (平成5) 4月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、東京都「高尾山と桜」 (800万枚) である。同時に、切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 4 23, 1993 (Heisei 5)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in April 1993 (Heisei 5). The design is "Mt. Takao and Sakura" (8 million pieces) in Tokyo. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
