郵政省と地方郵政局は、1993年 (平成5) 9月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、鹿児島県「おはら祭」 (420万枚) である。同時に、切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 9 1, 1993 (Heisei 5)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in September 1993 (Heisei 5). The design is Kagoshima Prefecture "Ohara Festival" (4.2 million pieces). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
