ふるさと切手 1994 (平成6年) 3月 23日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1994年 (平成6) 3月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。この年から、郵便料金は、葉書が41円から50円、封書が62円から80円に値上げされた。デザイン は、東京都「夢の懸け橋」 (820万枚) である。同時に、切手帳ペーンが発行された。

The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in March 1994.From this year, postcards have been raised from 41 yen to 50 yen and envelopes from 62 yen to 80 yen.
