郵政省と地方郵政局は、1995年 (平成7) 10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、佐賀県「唐津くんち」 (570万枚) である。同時に、切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 10 2, 1995 (Heisei 7)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1995 (Heisei 7). The design is "Karatsu Kunchi" (5.7 million sheets) in Saga Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
