ふるさと切手 1995 (平成7年) 10月13日～10月27日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1995年 (平成7) 10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、岡山県「たまがき書状」 (450万枚) と、栃木県「霧降の里」 (1500万枚) である。同時に、栃木県の切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Issued on 10 13,～10 27, 1995 (Heisei 7)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1995 (Heisei 7). The designs are "Tamagaki Letter" (4.5 million pieces) from Okayama Prefecture and "Kirifuri no Sato" (15 million pieces) from Tochigi Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane from Tochigi Prefecture was issued.
