ふるさと切手 1996 (平成8年) 4月 26日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1996年 (平成8) 4月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、福島県の「須賀川の牡丹」 (794万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 4 26, 1996 (Heisei 8)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in May 1996. The design is "Sukagawa Peony" (7.94 million pieces) from Fukushima Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
