ふるさと切手 1996 (平成8年) 7月 5日～7月23日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1996年 (平成8) 7月、「ふるさと切手」を2種発行した。デザインは、北海道の「ハマナス」 (850万枚) と、青森県の「青森ねぶた祭」 (974万枚) である。同時に青森県の切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 7 5,～7 23, 1996 (Heisei 8)
In July 1996, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued two types of "Furusato Stamps". The designs are "Hamanasu" (8.5 million pieces) from Hokkaido and "Aomori Nebuta Festival" (9.74 million pieces) from Aomori Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane from Aomori Prefecture was issued.
