ふるさと切手 1996 (平成8年) 8月 1日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1996年 (平成8) 7月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、宮崎県の「下水流臼太鼓 (しもづるうすだいこ) 」 (474万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 8 1, 1996 (Heisei 8)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in July 1996. The design is "Shimozuru Usudaiko" (4.74 million pieces) from Miyazaki Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
