郵政省と地方郵政局は、1996年 (平成8) 10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、愛知県の「名古屋まつり」 (各580万枚) である。同時に、切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 10 1, 1996 (Heisei 8)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Regional Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1996. The design is the "Nagoya Festival" in Aichi Prefecture (5.8 million pieces each). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
