ふるさと切手 1997 (平成9年) 4月 17日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1997年 (平成9) 4月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、熊本県の「熊本城 (男子世界ハンドボール選手権」 (480万枚) である。同時に、切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 4 17, 1997 (Heisei 9)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in April 1997 (Heisei 9). The design is "Kumamoto Castle (Men's World Handball Championship" (4.8 million copies)) in Kumamoto Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
