ふるさと切手 1998（平成10年） 2月 5日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1998年（平成10）2月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、北海道の「雪のナナカマド」、「芝ザクラ」（各1000万枚）である。同時に、切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 2 5, 1998 (Heisei 10)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in February 1998 (Heisei 10). The designs are "Snow Rowan" and "Shiba Zakura" (10 million each) from Hokkaido. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
