ふるさと切手 1998（平成10年） 10月 1日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1998年（平成10）月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、鹿児島県の「火計り茶碗（ひばかりじゃわん」と「染付鳳凰文広口花瓶（そめつけほうおうもんひろくちかびん）：薩摩焼400年記祭」2連刷（各615万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 10 1, 1998 (Heisei 10)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1998 (Heisei 10). Designed by Kagoshima Prefecture's "Hibakari-jawan" and "Sometsuke-hohoh-mon-hirokuchikabin : Satsuma porcelain 400th Anniversary Festival" (6.15 million pieces each). At the same time, a stamp book pane was issued.
