郵政省と地方郵政局は、1998年（平成10）11月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、香川県の「瀬戸大橋」（830万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 11 9, 1998 (Heisei 10)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in November 1998 (Heisei 10). The design is "Setoo Bridge" (8.3 million pieces) in Kagawa Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
