ふるさと切手 1998（平成10年） 11月 13日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1998年（平成10）11月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、青森県の「リンゴ」（760万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 11 13, 1998 (Heisei 10)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in November 1998 (Heisei 10). The design is "Apple" (7.6 million pieces) from Aomori prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
