ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 2月 1日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）2月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、大分県の、「秋の競秀峰」と「青の洞門の春」2連刷（各600万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 2 1, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in February 1999 (Heisei 11). The design is Oita Prefecture's "Autumn Kyoshuho" and "Aonodomon no Haru" double printing (6 million pieces each). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
