ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 2月 22日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）2月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、福井県の、「恐竜：イグアノドン」と「ドロマエオサウルス」（各600万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 2 22, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in February 1999 (Heisei 11). The designs are "Dinosaurs: Iguanodon" and "Dromaeosaurus" (6 million each) from Fukui Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
