ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 4月 16日～4月26日 発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）4月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、三重県の、「みえ東紀州・熊野古道」（987.5万枚）と、山形県の「サクランボ」（600万枚）である。このデザインは、1989年4月発行切手と同じであるが、額面が62円から80円に変わっている。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 4 16,～ 4 26, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in April 1999 (Heisei 11). The designs are "Mie Higashi Kishu / Kumano Kodo" (9.875 million pieces) in Mie Prefecture and "Cherry" (6 million pieces) in Yamagata Prefecture. This design is the same as the stamp issued in April 1989, but the face value has changed from 62 yen to 80 yen.
