ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 4月 26日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）4月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、長野県の、「松本城太鼓門」（600万枚）である。同時に、切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 4 26, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in April 1999 (Heisei 11). The design is "Matsumoto Castle Taikomon" (6 million pieces) from Nagano Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
