ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 4月 26日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）4月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、広島県と愛媛県の瀬戸内海に架かる、「しまなみ海道」開通記念の10種（各 284万枚）である。同時にデザインシートが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 4 26, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in April 1999 (Heisei 11). The designs are 10 types (2.84 million pieces each) commemorating the opening of the "Shimanami Kaido" that spans the Seto Inland Sea in Hiroshima and Ehime prefectures. At the same time, a design sheet was issued.
