ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 5月 14日 発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）5月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、沖縄県の「琉球舞踊の加那ヨー天川（かなよーあまかわ）」（1000万枚）である。併せて切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 5 14, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in May 1999 (Heisei 11). There are two designs (9 million each), "Sendai Tanabata Festival" in Miyagi Prefecture and "Soma Nomaoi" in Fukushima Prefecture. At the same time, an integrated stamp booklet pane of both stamps was issued.
