ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 6月 1日 発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）6月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、新潟県の「白根大凧合戦」の連刷（各795万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 6 1, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in June 1999 (Heisei 11). The design is a continuous printing of "Shirane Daikite Battle" in Niigata Prefecture (7.95 million sheets each). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
