ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 6月 25日～7月1日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）6月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、北海道「キタキツネ」（890万枚）と「ゴマアザラシ」（800万枚）の2種である。同時に発行される同自治体の切手で、発行数が異なるケースは珍しい。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 6 25, ～7 1, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in June 1999 (Heisei 11). There are two designs, Hokkaido "Kita Kitsune(fox)" (8.9 million pieces) and "Sesame seal" (8 million pieces). It is rare for stamps issued by the same municipality to be issued at the same time, but with different numbers.
