ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 9月 1日 発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）9月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、長崎県の「出島」＊（600万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
＊1634年、江戸幕府によって長崎に造成された人工島。扇型で、面積は4千坪（約1.5ヘクタール）。日本初の人工島で、主にオランダと交易した。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 9 1, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in September 1999 (Heisei 11). The design is "Dejima" * (6 million pieces) in Nagasaki Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
* An artificial island created in Nagasaki by the Edo Shogunate in 1634. It is fan-shaped and has an area of 4,000 tsubo (about 1.5 hectares).It was the first artificial island in Japan and mainly traded with the Netherlands.
