ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 9月 27日～10月1日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）9月から10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、大阪府の「第23回世界新体操選手権」（690万枚）と、福島県「二本松の菊人形」（800万枚）と、宮崎県の「飫肥城（おびじょう）と泰平踊り」と「振徳堂」（各600万枚）である。同時に宮崎県の切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 9 27, ～ 10 1, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" from September to October 1999. Designed by Osaka Prefecture's "23rd World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship" (6.9 million pieces), Fukushima Prefecture's "Nihonmatsu Chrysanthemum Doll" (8 million pieces), and Miyazaki Prefecture's "Obi Castle and Taihei Odori" and "Shake". Tokudo "(6 million each).
At the same time, a stamp booklet pane from Miyazaki Prefecture was issued.
