ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 10月 13日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、山口県の「萩市内の蔵」と、島根県の「津和野風景」（各600万枚）で、両県共同発行である。同時に愛知県の切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 10 13, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1999 (Heisei 11). The designs are "Kura in Hagi City" in Yamaguchi Prefecture and "Tsuwano Scenery" in Shimane Prefecture (6 million copies each), which are jointly published by both prefectures. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane from Aichi Prefecture was issued.
