ふるさと切手 1999（平成11年） 10月 28日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、沖縄県の「識名園」2連刷（各700万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 10 28, 1999 (Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 1999 (Heisei 11). The design is two consecutive prints of "Shikinaen" in Okinawa Prefecture (7 million sheets each). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
