ふるさと切手1999（平成11年）11月15日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1999年（平成11）11月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、高知県「桂浜」と「坂本龍馬＊」（各600万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
＊土佐藩の武士。貿易会社と政治組織を兼ねた亀山社中（海援隊）を結成。薩長同盟成立に協力。倒幕および明治維新に関与した。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on11 15, 1999(Heisei 11)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in November 1999 (Heisei 11). The designs are "Katsurahama" and "Ryoma Sakamoto *" in Kochi prefecture (6 million pieces each). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
