ふるさと切手 2000（平成12年）3月 1日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、2000年（平成12）3月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、兵庫県「淡路花博」2種（50円：1930万枚と80円：1730万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 3 1, 2000 (Heisei 12)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in March 2000. The designs are two types of "Awaji Flower Expo" in Hyogo Prefecture (50 yen: 19.3 million pieces and 80 yen: 17.3 million pieces).
At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
