ふるさと切手 2000（平成12年）3月 3日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、2000年（平成12）3月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、長野県「高遠の桜」（1030万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 3 3, 2000 (Heisei 12)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in March 2000. The design is "Sakura of Takato" (10.3 million pieces) in Nagano prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
