ふるさと切手 2000（平成12年）4月 28日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、2000年（平成12）4月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、富山県「チューリップ」と「立山連峰」（各634.5万枚）である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 4 28, 2000 (Heisei 12)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in April 2000. The designs are "Tulip" and "Tateyama Mountain Range" in Toyama Prefecture (6.345 million pieces each). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
