郵政省と地方郵政局は、2000年 (平成12) 7月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、秋田県の「象潟・九十九島」 (830万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 7 7 , 2000 (Heisei 12)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in July 2000. The design is "Kisakata / Kujukushima" (8.3 million pieces) in Akita Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
