郵政省と地方郵政局は、2000年 (平成12) 10月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、京都府「京の四季」4種連刷 (各1145万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on Oct, 20 , 2000 (Heisei 12)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in October 2000. The design is Kyoto Prefecture's "Kyoto no Shiki (Four Seasons) " 4 types of continuous printing (11.45 million sheets each). At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
