郵政省と地方郵政局は、2000年 (平成12) 12月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは福島県の「木幡の幡祭」 (630万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 12 1 , 2000 (Heisei 12)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in December 2000. The design is "Kohata no Hata Festival" (6.3 million pieces) in Fukushima Prefecture. At the same time, a stamp booklet pane was issued.
