ふるさと切手 2001 (平成13年) 9月 3日発行 郵政省と地方郵政局は、2001年 (平成13) 9月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは北海道の「ポプラ並木」と、「羊ヶ丘展望台」2種連刷 (各460万枚) である。同時に切手帳ペーンが発行された。
