Philatelic Week Issued on April 20, 1991 (Heisei 3) In April 1991, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued stamp hobby weekly stamps and small sheets. This time, Hishikawa Moronobu's "Beauty Looking Back" and Yamakawa Shuho's "Introduction Dance" were adopted. Hishikawa Moronobu was an ukiyo-e artist in the Edo period (17th century) and is said to be the founder of ukiyo-e.
