1991年ユニバーシアード冬季大会 1991年（平成3年）3月 1日発行 ユニバーシアードは、国際大学スポーツ連盟（FISU）が主催する総合競技大会で、「学生のオリンピック」である。ユニバーシアードは、大学（University）とオリンピアード（Olympiad）に由来する。国際大学スポーツ大会は、1923年から開催され、1959年からユニバーシアード大会として開催されている。切手は、1991年3月に札幌で開催されたユニバーシアード冬季大会を記念して２種発行され、フィギュアスケートと、スピードスケートがデザインされている。
1991 Winter Universiade Issued on March 1, 1991 (Heisei 3) The Universiade is the "Student Olympics" sponsored by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The Universiade comes from the University and the Olympiad. The International University Sports Tournament began in 1923 and has been held as the Universiade Tournament since 1959. Two types of stamps were issued in commemoration of the Universal Winter Games held in Sapporo in March 1991. Figure skating and speed skating are designed.
