裁判所制度100周年 1990年（平成２年）11月1日発行 日本の裁判所(court）は、裁判官によって構成され司法権を行使する国家機関及びその庁舎を指す。日本語の「裁判所」は、1890年に公布された裁判所構成法（明治23年法律第6号）から一般的な呼称になった。別名「法院」とも言う。切手は、1990年11月、裁判所制度100年を記念して発行され、「正義の像」がデザインされている。
