第22回国際助産婦連盟学術大会 1990年（平成2年）10月5日発行 第22回国際助産婦連盟（ICM）学術大会が，1990年10月，53か国6334人の参加者を集め，神戸市で開催された。ICM大会は1922年に第１回大会がベルギーで開かれ，第10回大会以降は３年に１回催されているがアジア地域での開催は今大会が初めてである。切手は、この大会を記念して発行され、「母と助産婦」がデザインされている。

The 22nd International Federation of Midwives (ICM) Academic Conference was held in Kobe in October 1990 with 6334 participants from 53 countries. The first ICM tournament was held in Belgium in 1922, and since the 10th tournament, it has been held once every three years, but this is the first time it has been held in the Asian region. Stamps are issued in commemoration of this tournament and designed with "mother and midwife".
