満州国切手（第5次普通切手） 1944年（昭和19）－1945年（昭和20）発行 1944年（昭和19）、太平洋戦争の終盤になると、物資の不足と貨幣価値下落によるインフレーションが激しくなった。切手も、それに伴って値上げされ、印刷方式も以前より簡素化された。またコストも制限されたため、「満華」通郵切手と第4次普通切手の一部を流用した上記の6種となった。 参考：公益財団法人日本郵趣協会編 『日本切手専門カタログ 日本関連地域編2012』P88

In 1944 (Showa 19), at the end of the Pacific War, inflation became severe due to a shortage of supplies and a decline in monetary value. The price of stamps has been raised accordingly, and the printing method has become simpler than before.
