満州国切手 貯金切手 1941年（昭和16）3月1日発行 1941年（昭和16）3月1日、貯金切手が発行された。1937年7月、日中戦争が勃発し、満州国も日本の傀儡政府であるがゆえに、戦時体制に巻き込まれていた。日本国内において、戦費を確保するために貯金切手（郵便貯金）が奨励されていた。満州国も同様の理由により貯金切手が発行された。デザインは「鯉が描かれた鏡の背」である。

A savings stamp was issued on March 1, 1941 (Showa 16). In July 1937, the Sino- Japanese War broke out, and Manchukuo was involved in the wartime regime because it was Japan's puppet government. Saving stamps (postal savings) were encouraged in Japan to secure war spending. Manchuria was also issued a savings stamp for the same reason.
The design is "the back of a mirror with a carp drawn on it".
