Manchurian Stamp Commemorating the Japan-Manchuria Postal Treaty Issued on January 26, 1936 (Showa 11) In December 1935 (Showa 10), Japan and Manchuria signed the "Nichiman" postal treaty. The purpose of this treaty was to exchange mail, exchange and postal transfer between Japan and Manchuria, and to transfer domestic mail entrusted by the partner country. The stamp was commemorated in January 1936 (Showa 11).It was issued.
