満州国切手 国都建設記念 1937年（昭和12）9月16日発行 1933年以降、満州国の首都建設構想（満州国国都建設計画）が現実的に企画・推進され、1937年に国都大新京の施設が整備された。切手はこれを記念して発行され、「太陽と瑞雲と鳩（2ｆ・10ｆ）」と「国旗と国務院庁舎（4ｆ・20ｆ）」がデザインされている。 参考：ウイキペディア「満州国大新京」2022.6.15
